At Be Our Guest Events<\/strong> is the executive (LG)<\/strong> The person in charge of the team during an assignment.
\nAs LG, you will be responsible for organizing, directing and completing the job - from start to finish.
\nYou are the point of contact for your colleagues, the client and the office.
\nBriefly: you make sure the event runs smoothly, professionally and flawlessly.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\ud83c\udfaf Your role as a manager<\/h3>\n

On each assignment, one person is designated as the supervisor.
\nThe LG is responsible for the team, communicating with the customer, and executing the schedule as indicated on the callsheet.
\nIn addition, you report briefly in the group app how the event went: what went well, what could be improved, and whether there were any peculiarities.<\/p>\n

You don't get the role of leader overnight. It is a sign of confidence, insight and experience.
\nA good LG leads by example, has oversight and knows how to motivate the team.
\nYou are not only an organizer, but also a coach, planner and problem solver.<\/p>\n

    \ud83d\udd52 Preparation in the warehouse<\/h3>\n

    As a manager, you are first to arrive<\/strong> in the warehouse at least 10 minutes before the croupiers arrive.
    \nYou prepare everything so the team can start loading and building right away.<\/p>\n

    • \ud83d\udccb Read the callsheet<\/strong> carefully and check the group app for any updates.<\/li>\n
    • \ud83c\udfa4 Upon arrival, give a brief briefing<\/strong> To your team: how are you tackling it and what is the schedule?<\/li>\n
    • \ud83e\uddf0 Share the tasks<\/strong> and materials honestly and check that everything is complete.<\/li>\n
    • \ud83d\ude90 Supervise during loading and make sure everything is placed neatly, safely and efficiently in the bus.<\/li>\n
    • \u23f1\ufe0f Monitor time and make sure you leave as scheduled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \ud83c\udfdb\ufe0f On Location<\/h3>\n

      • \ud83e\udd1d Introduce yourself to the client, briefly explain who you are and provide professional advice on setup or execution.<\/li>\n
      • \ud83d\udcc5 Keep a close eye on the time schedule and adjust as needed (without improvising outside of office appointments).<\/li>\n
      • \ud83e\uddcd\u200d\u2642\ufe0f Give each colleague clear tasks and make sure everyone knows what needs to be done.<\/li>\n
      • \ud83c\udfb2 Check that all casino tables are set up neatly, straight and complete before the event starts.<\/li>\n
      • \u2615 Ensure that breaks are taken only when all work is completed and the tables are perfectly ready.<\/li>\n
      • \ud83d\udcf8 Take photos and videos yourself or have someone take them for our social media and website (see \u2018taking photos on location\u2019).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        \ud83c\udfed Returning to the warehouse<\/h3>\n

        • \ud83e\uddfe Give the team clear tasks and divide the work fairly: cleaning, unloading and cleaning up.<\/li>\n
        • \ud83e\uddfd Make sure all materials are clean, undamaged and put back in the right place.<\/li>\n
        • \ud83d\udccb Make sure that all timesheets<\/strong> are completed correctly and sign them off with your signature.<\/li>\n
        • \ud83d\udd0d Run a control round<\/strong> through the warehouse: is everything tidy, clean and complete?<\/li>\n
        • \ud83d\udeaa Check that the warehouse is neatly exited, the alarm is activated and the door is locked.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          \ud83d\udce3 End of assignment & reporting<\/h3>\n

          Upon completion of the assignment, you are responsible for final inspection and feedback.<\/p>\n

          • \ud83d\udcf1 Send a brief summary in the group app: how it went, what went well and what can be improved.<\/li>\n
          • \ud83d\udcf8 Forward the photos and videos taken in the group app.<\/li>\n
          • \ud83e\uddfe Report any damages or irregularities immediately is the dgroup app.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            A good LG is not the one who works the hardest, but the one who keeps the best overview<\/strong> and ensures that everyone can do their jobs well.
            \nYou demonstrate the ability to organize, plan and communicate without stress or chaos. You exude calm, control and professionalism, even under pressure.<\/p>\n
