It is therefore important that you always <strong>reacts quickly<\/strong> this determines whether we can take a job or have to let it go.<\/p>\n<p>-<\/p>\n<h3>2\ufe0f\u20e3 Team Selection<\/h3>\n<p>When enough croupiers are available, the office assembles the team.<br \/>\nGrading is done carefully based on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Motivation and commitment<\/li>\n<li>Reliability and previous performance<\/li>\n<li>Speed of response<\/li>\n<li>Experience with the type of event<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>New colleagues (junior croupiers) are paired with a <strong>experienced senior croupier.<\/strong><br \/>\nThat way you learn directly from the best and you always have someone on the team to whom you can turn with questions.<br \/>\nWe want everyone to develop and become stronger with each assignment.<\/p>\n<p>-<\/p>\n<h3>3\ufe0f\u20e3 Team communication via WhatsApp<\/h3>\n<p>Once the team is complete, we will make a <strong>WhatsApp group chat<\/strong> to for that particular assignment.<br \/>\nIn this group app <strong>all communication<\/strong> about the event shared, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Additional Information<\/li>\n<li>Colleagues you work with<\/li>\n<li>The callsheet<\/li>\n<li>Special or specific instructions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You will be asked for a <strong>read confirmation<\/strong> send as soon as you read the message.<br \/>\nThis will ensure that everyone has received the information and put the date in their calendar.<\/p>\n<p>Do you have questions about the assignment or your work? Then always ask them in that event's group app.<br \/>\nAll communication regarding that particular assignment is <strong>exclusively through this group app<\/strong>, so that everything remains organized and clear.<\/p>\n<p>-<\/p>\n<h3>4\ufe0f\u20e3 Appointment = Appointment<\/h3>\n<p>At <strong>Be Our Guest Events<\/strong> we apply a clear rule: <strong>a deal is a deal<\/strong>.<br \/>\nOur customers count on us and we count on you. That means you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Always <strong>on time<\/strong> are present (at least 10 minutes before the start).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepared and professional<\/strong> appears.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping your appointments made.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Notice:<\/strong> If you do not show up without having coordinated this in advance by phone with <strong>Tim<\/strong> or <strong>Talitha<\/strong>?<br \/>\nThen this means <strong>summary dismissal<\/strong>.
