Make sure you <strong>professional, polite and organized<\/strong> happens to you from the moment you step out.<\/p>\n<p>-<\/p>\n<h3>\ud83d\ude90 Arrival and preparation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\ud83d\udcc5 Upon arrival, check the <strong>callsheet<\/strong> just a moment longer for the correct times, contact person and location information.<\/li>\n<li>\ud83d\udeaa The <strong>executive (LG)<\/strong> goes in first to introduce himself neatly to the customer or contact person.<\/li>\n<li>\ud83d\udde3\ufe0f Politely introduce yourself and your colleagues, shake hands and use a professional attitude and tone.<br \/>\nThis is the moment when the customer decides, \u201cthis team knows what they are doing.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>-<\/p>\n<h3>\ud83e\udd1d Communication with the customer<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The supervisor kindly asks about the client's wishes and briefly discusses the plan of action (set-up, locker room, start time, any special circumstances).<\/li>\n<li>The customer can pass on additional requests at that time note them carefully or have the LG confirm it via the group app so it is not forgotten.<\/li>\n<li>Give professional advice if the setup or table location could be better we always think <strong>mee<\/strong> with the customer, never against it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>-<\/p>\n<h3>\ud83e\uddf1 Construction phase<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\ud83c\udfb2 The LG distributes tasks: who gets what materials from the bus, who builds what table, who takes care of the lighting, and so on.<\/li>\n<li>\u2699\ufe0f Work in a structured way: put everything in its place first before you start unpacking.<\/li>\n<li>\ud83e\uddcd\u200d\u2642\ufe0f Everyone helps each other, even when your own part is already done.
