\nThis is a crucial part of the job: this is where we demonstrate our professionalism, diligence and sense of responsibility.

  • \ud83c\udfaf After that, the structured reduction<\/strong> of all materials according to the instructions on the callsheet<\/strong> and the checklist with tick boxes<\/strong> (\u201cEnd of assignment - loaded into bus\u201d).<\/li>\n
  • \ud83d\udcac The supervisor (LG) determines who does what and divides tasks clearly: who picks the tables, who picks the lamps, who picks the materials boxes, and so on.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \ud83e\uddf9 Tidying up & cleaning up<\/h3>\n

    At Royal Casino Company, we leave each location as we found it or better.
    \nTherefore, the everything carefully clean and neatly packed<\/strong> before it is loaded.<\/p>\n

    • \ud83e\uddfd Clean each casino table with a slightly damp cloth (cleaning spray) and dry immediately after (no wet surfaces in the canister).<\/li>\n
    • \u2728 Check that tables, chip trays, cylinders and decoration are free of fingerprints, dust or drink stains.<\/li>\n
    • \ud83e\uddf4 Use the polishing cloth and spray to clean edges, lamp bases and displays.<\/li>\n
    • \ud83c\udfb2 Check the chips, cards and accessories and make sure everything is complete (see callsheet and checklist in the materials box).<\/li>\n
    • \ud83d\udce6 Sort materials into appropriate boxes and seal them tightly before carrying.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • \ud83e\udeb6 Work structured and calm<\/strong> Rather spend 10 minutes longer than damage due to haste.<\/li>\n
      • \ud83d\udccb Use the checklist on the callsheet<\/strong> To sign off on each item as soon as it is in the van. This way we avoid forgetting stuff.<\/li>\n
      • \ud83e\udde9 Load heavy items such as table bases, transport carts and decorations first then the lighter materials.<\/li>\n
      • \ud83e\uddfc Make sure everything is stable, firm and secure<\/strong> state in the van. Use tie-down straps where necessary to prevent damage along the way.<\/li>\n
      • \ud83d\udeab Do not stack loose parts or materials without protection (always use transport blankets).<\/li>\n
      • \ud83d\udd26 Check that lights, reels and extension cords are also included again these are often forgotten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Have tables, chairs and decorations from the client been put back in place?<\/li>\n
          • Is the location left clean and tidy?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

              The phase-out takes on average at least one hour<\/strong>, depending on the number of tables and decoration.
              \nLarge events may take longer, but the important thing is that everything is done carefully and safely.<\/p>\n

              The supervisor remains responsible until the last bus is fully loaded<\/strong> and the team can leave safely.<\/p>\n
