\nHow nice of you to join us, we look forward to a pleasant, friendly and professional cooperation.<\/p>\n

In order to properly manage your employment, we need a number of forms and documents. With this information we will create your on-call agreement, register you with our accountant and ensure that you are added to our scheduling system Rentman<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Please read everything below carefully and submit the forms fully completed and signed.<\/p>\n

  1. Required data for new employee<\/strong>
    \nFill out this form completely and attach a copy of:<\/p>\n
      \n
    • Your identification (not driver's license) - front and back<\/li>\n
    • Your bank card - so that your account number is processed correctly<\/li>\n
    • Your completed mutation form from our accountant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Payroll tax statement<\/strong>
      \nThis is required for every new employee. Please fill out this form and indicate whether we can provide the payroll tax credit<\/strong> should apply.<\/li>\n
    • Loan Agreement<\/strong>
      \nThis states which company clothing and items you will be loaned. Remember to transfer the deposit as stated in the document.<\/li>\n
    • Work compensation on-call basis 2025<\/strong>
      \nIn this document you will find all the information about your hourly wage, travel time allowance and important arrangements around working hours and breaks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
