Unloading the bus correctly is just as important as loading it. At Royal Casino Company<\/strong> we work with precious materials from casino tables to decoration and lighting.
\nTherefore, unloading structured, careful and in the right order<\/strong> happen. The same rules apply both when arriving on site and when returning to our warehouse: care, calm and oversight.<\/p>\n

    Upon arrival on site: calm, efficient and teamwork<\/strong>.
    \nThe supervisor (LG) determines the order of unloading and who does what.
    \nEveryone stays focused until everything is in.<\/p>\n

    • \ud83d\udccb Check the space first<\/strong> Where you will build determine with the LG where the tables and materials should go.<\/li>\n
    • \ud83e\udeb6 Work quietly: one person handles items on the bus, the other handles them on the floor or inside.<\/li>\n
    • \ud83e\uddf1 Start with the big items<\/strong> (tables, bases, decoration), only then smaller materials boxes.<\/li>\n
    • \ud83d\udd04 Use the walking route<\/strong> which is shortest and safest, and don't keep doors open too long.<\/li>\n
    • \ud83e\uddcd\u200d\u2642\ufe0f Keep an overview: don't have everyone on the bus at the same time.<\/li>\n
    • \ud83e\uddf4 Use blankets or foam pads to put parts down without scratching or damaging them.<\/li>\n
    • \ud83d\udde3\ufe0f Consult constantly with each other \u201cstop,\u201d \u201cwait,\u201d or \u201chelp a moment\u201d prevents damage and injury.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \nOnly then do you start building the casino.<\/p>\n

      After the event, the second part begins: everything again clean, complete and organized<\/strong> return to the warehouse.
      \nThis is the last part of your work and determines how well the next shift can start.<\/p>\n

      \ud83e\uddf9 Step 1 - Preparation<\/h4>\n

      • \ud83d\ude90 Park the bus in the right spot and apply the handbrake firmly.<\/li>\n
      • \ud83d\udd26 Turn on the interior lights for good visibility.<\/li>\n
      • \ud83e\uddcd Discuss with the LG the layout: where to put what in the shed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        \ud83d\udce6 Step 2 - Unloading<\/h4>\n

        • \ud83e\udeb6 Work in a structured way one person picks up from the bus, one person picks up inside.<\/li>\n
        • \ud83e\uddf1 Start with the heavy items<\/strong> (tables, bases, cylinders, decoration) and finish with lighter items.<\/li>\n
        • \ud83e\uddf4 Always put down a cloth or foam when placing something temporarily on the ground.<\/li>\n
        • \ud83e\udde9 Check each item to make sure it is complete and undamaged before putting it away.<\/li>\n
        • \ud83e\ude91 Tables are placed directly in their fixed location in the warehouse, not in the middle of the warehouse.<\/li>\n
        • \ud83c\udfb2 Materials boxes, chip boxes and lamps are sorted on the appropriate shelf or rack.<\/li>\n
        • \ud83e\uddfc Blankets and meringues are neatly folded and stored in their permanent place.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          \ud83e\uddfd Step 3 - Cleaning & checking<\/h4>\n

          • \ud83e\uddf4 Check each item for damage, dirt or missing parts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          • \ud83e\uddee Check the chips, cards and materials<\/strong> on completeness.<\/li>\n
          • \ud83d\uddd2\ufe0f Any damage or missing items will be reported immediately to Tim or Talitha (with photo in the group app).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            \ud83d\udd12 Step 4 - Finalize<\/h4>\n

            • \ud83d\udccb Check with the LG that the canister is completely empty no material, coat or trash left behind.<\/li>\n
            • \ud83d\udeaa Close the canister neatly and leave it clean and empty.<\/li>\n
            • \ud83e\uddfa Put used T-cloths in the laundry basket and store other items in their place.<\/li>\n
            • \ud83e\uddfe Check that the checklist is completely checked off and materials are in the right place.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
