At every event, Royal Casino Company<\/strong> with personalized name cards<\/strong> for all croupiers.
\nThis card belongs to your casino table and helps us maintain clarity, structure and professionalism during event set-up and clean-up.<\/p>\n

Each name card is linked to a specific table (Roulette, Blackjack or Poker etc.) and shows that you are responsible for the preparing, checking and cleaning up<\/strong> of that table. This way, everyone knows exactly who has what task, the work remains organized and someone can be called to account for work not done properly or missing materials.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udc64 What is the purpose of the name card?<\/h3>\n

  • The name card will be handed out by the supervisor at the start of the event.<\/li>\n
  • The card shows your name, information and the casino table for which you are responsible.<\/li>\n
  • You are responsible for the preparing, presenting<\/strong>\u00a0and clean up<\/strong> of the table listed on your card.<\/li>\n
  • Is something wrong during construction or missing materials? Report this to the supervisor immediately<\/strong> before the event begins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \ud83e\uddfd What do you do at the end of the evening?<\/h3>\n

    After the event, perform the steps below to clean up your casino table neatly and completely:<\/p>\n

    1. Always check that the chiptray is complete. <\/strong>If you miss a lot of chips, chances are another table has too many, check this out.
      \nAlways leave this control by the supervisor<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Casino table cleaning<\/strong> with a wet (cleaning spray) and then a dry cloth.
      \nDon't forget the beverage cups<\/strong> and remove any stains.<\/li>\n
    3. Materials box neatly organized<\/strong>:\n
        \n
      • Heavy parts at the bottom of the box.<\/li>\n
      • Small materials in pockets or compartments in appropriate places (see materials list).<\/li>\n
      • Make sure everything is complete before closing the box.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Return name card<\/strong> in the materials box of your casino table.
        \nSo when we check in the shed, we immediately know who was responsible for this table.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        • Never leave your name card lying around or lying in the shed.<\/li>\n
        • The name card is part of our quality and control, <\/strong>treat it carefully.<\/li>\n
        • If there is damage, missing parts or other details, please report it immediately in the group app of the respective assignment.<\/li>\n
        • Failure to perform these steps neatly may have consequences in the Team Checklist and payment of hours worked.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
