When you first arrive at the shed, you will find the entrance door to the left of the rolling door. Directly left of that entrance door is the key cabinet<\/strong> containing the key. Below is exactly how to use the key box, what we expect from you and what to do in case of problems.<\/p>\n

  • The code and key are confidential<\/strong>. Do not share it with others. Only Be Our Guest staff should have access.<\/li>\n
  • Always handle the code and key with care and attention. Carelessness increases the risk of burglary or loss.<\/li>\n
  • If you see something suspicious, lose the key or the locker is broken: contact Tim or Talitha directly<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    1\ufe0f\u20e3 How to open the key box (step-by-step)<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Walk to the entrance door to the left of the rolling door. To the left of that door hang the key box.<\/li>\n
    2. Slide the black lid of the cabinet down<\/strong> To get to the numbers.<\/li>\n
    3. Using the dials, enter the code.<\/li>\n
    4. Do the black tab (to the left of the numbers) down<\/strong> and at the same time pull the gray part of the cabinet toward you.<\/li>\n
    5. Inside the locker you will find the key. It is attached to a cable quietly pull the key toward you and take it out of the locker.<\/li>\n
    6. Insert the key into the lock and turn it several times until the door unlocks. Then push against the door to open it.<\/li>\n
    7. Once you are inside, make sure the key is placed neatly back in the locker immediately and lock the locker as described below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      2\ufe0f\u20e3 How to close the locker (secure locking)<\/h3>\n

      • Place the key neatly back in its place in the locker.<\/li>\n
      • Rotate the digits for a moment so that the code does not remain visible in the booth (this prevents someone from easily reading the code).<\/li>\n
      • Slide the black tab again upward<\/strong> and close the black cover.<\/li>\n
      • Always check that the locker is really closed and not hanging loose.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        3\ufe0f\u20e3 Additional safety rules & behavior<\/h3>\n

        • Never write down the code in a place that others can see. Keep it safe in your phone so you can quickly find it on your next shift.<\/li>\n
        • Never tell third parties where the key is or how to open the cabinet including friends or family.<\/li>\n
        • Never leave the door open or the key lying around. Report a door that is not properly locked to the office staff immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          4\ufe0f\u20e3 What to do in case of problems or irregularities<\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Can't open the cabinet? Check that the black cover is fully down and that the numbers are set correctly.<\/li>\n
          • Is the key lost or damaged? Report this immediately to Tim or Talitha<\/strong>. Do not take chances and do not try to force the lock yourself.<\/li>\n
          • Do you see or hear anything suspicious (e.g., signs of burglary)? Leave the location, call Tim or Talitha immediately and, if necessary, call 911.<\/li>\n
          • If you leave the shed and see something notable report it immediately via the app and make a short note with your name and time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
