Breaks are an essential part of your workday. Taking a breather allows you to stand at the casino tables with fresh energy, focus and enthusiasm. It is important to us that everyone works in a healthy, professional and responsible manner.<\/p>\n

Break times are always listed in the time schedule on the callsheet. That way you know exactly when you have a break<\/strong> and how long it takes<\/strong>. In most cases, a standard one-hour break is included. Is more than one hour of break time scheduled? Then all additional break time above that hour will be paid by us. disbursed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd39 Preparation before work time: your own 10 minutes<\/h2>\n

We ask everyone to 10 minutes before the start time<\/strong> be present in the warehouse. These are your own minutes and are not part of work time. During this time you can:<\/p>\n

  • smoking<\/li>\n
  • have a sandwich<\/li>\n
  • using your phone<\/li>\n
  • make your final preparations<\/li>\n

    This moment is meant to be ready<\/strong> at the time work time begins.<\/p>\n

    \ud83d\udd39 When your working hours begin<\/h2>\n

    From the time work time starts as scheduled, you will be paid - and we expect you to 100% at work<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Meaning:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • no more smoking<\/li>\n
    • no phone<\/li>\n
    • do not eat while loading<\/li>\n
    • full focus on work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Are you getting paid? Then you work.<\/strong> This is professional and allows you to work efficiently as a team.<\/p>\n

      \ud83d\udd39 Travel time on the bus: paid and useful<\/h2>\n

      Often you alternate with colleagues who is driving. Aren't you the driver? Then on the bus you have a kind of extra break time - but only paid<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      We expect you to use this time usefully:<\/p>\n

      • study the callsheet<\/li>\n
      • see what your role will be later<\/li>\n
      • prepare for the assignment<\/li>\n
      • use the portal if you are new or have not worked for a long time<\/li>\n
      • ask questions if something is still unclear<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        This is how you well prepared and organized<\/strong> on site to.<\/p>\n

        The call sheet will tell you exactly when you have break time. Actually use this time as break<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

        • food and drink<\/li>\n
        • change clothes<\/li>\n
        • relax for a while<\/li>\n
        • smoking<\/li>\n
        • using your phone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          After the break, work begins again and we expect a professional attitude and complete focus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          \u23f3 If you guys are pressed for time<\/h3>\n

          Construction or preparation may take longer. Notice: this is usually because work has not been carried on at a good pace<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          When you run out of time as a result, this goes at the expense of your own break<\/strong>. So provide:<\/p>\n

          • a brisk pace during the build-up<\/li>\n
          • clear division of tasks<\/li>\n
          • teamwork<\/li>\n
          • following the callsheet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            This allows you to take advantage of the full scheduled break.<\/p>\n
