You will be paid from the time you start the job until you finish back at the warehouse.
\nTo avoid misunderstandings, the callsheet always states a maximum end time.
\nThese times are realistic and well achievable under normal and efficient working conditions.<\/p>\n

    We work on the basis of trust<\/strong> and reasonableness<\/strong>.
    \nSometimes an event runs a little late, and sometimes you just finish earlier and have some extra rest time.
    \nOverall, this always straightens itself out nicely.<\/p>\n

    • The times on the callsheet are always leading.<\/li>\n
    • Did you finish earlier in the warehouse than planned? Then record that actual finish time.<\/li>\n
    • During an event, you are not actively engaged every moment, but you are present and therefore just paid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Pay is calculated based on the number of hours worked per assignment.
      \nTo ensure that everyone is paid fairly and in full, salary payments are made in the first week of the new month<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Why in the first week?<\/h3>\n

      It frequently happens that you have an assignment on the last day of the month.
      \nOf course, the hours from that assignment belong to the same month and so you want to get paid in that same period.<\/p>\n

      The process is as follows:<\/p>\n

      • 1. Hours from the last day are processed the next day.<\/strong>
        \nYour office colleagues carefully review and process all hours worked.
        \nIf there is a weekend in between, it automatically shifts to the next business day.<\/li>\n
      • 2. Auditor processing.<\/strong>
        \nOnce all hours are fully and correctly processed, we forward them to our accountant.
        \nThey set up the payment batch and perform administrative control.<\/li>\n
      • 3. Disbursement.<\/strong>
        \nThis entire process takes a few days.
        \nTherefore, we clearly communicate that the salary will be paid in the first week of the new month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Of course, we always strive to make the payout as soon as possible.
