At Be Our Guest Events is the executive (LG) The person in charge of the team during an assignment.
As LG, you will be responsible for organizing, directing and completing the job - from start to finish.
You are the point of contact for your colleagues, the client and the office.
Briefly: you make sure the event runs smoothly, professionally and flawlessly.
π― Your role as a manager
On each assignment, one person is designated as the supervisor.
The LG is responsible for the team, communicating with the customer, and executing the schedule as indicated on the callsheet.
In addition, you report briefly in the group app how the event went: what went well, what could be improved, and whether there were any peculiarities.
You don't get the role of leader overnight. It is a sign of confidence, insight and experience.
A good LG leads by example, has oversight and knows how to motivate the team.
You are not only an organizer, but also a coach, planner and problem solver.

π Preparation in the warehouse
As a manager, you are first to arrive in the warehouse at least 10 minutes before the croupiers arrive.
You prepare everything so the team can start loading and building right away.
- π Read the callsheet carefully and check the group app for any updates.
- π€ Upon arrival, give a brief briefing To your team: how are you tackling it and what is the schedule?
- π§° Share the tasks and materials honestly and check that everything is complete.
- π Supervise during loading and make sure everything is placed neatly, safely and efficiently in the bus.
- β±οΈ Monitor time and make sure you leave as scheduled.
ποΈ On Location
- π€ Introduce yourself to the client, briefly explain who you are and provide professional advice on setup or execution.
- π Keep a close eye on the time schedule and adjust as needed (without improvising outside of office appointments).
- π§ββοΈ Give each colleague clear tasks and make sure everyone knows what needs to be done.
- π² Check that all casino tables are set up neatly, straight and complete before the event starts.
- β Ensure that breaks are taken only when all work is completed and the tables are perfectly ready.
- πΈ Take photos and videos yourself or have someone take them for our social media and website (see βtaking photos on locationβ).
π Returning to the warehouse
- π§Ύ Give the team clear tasks and divide the work fairly: cleaning, unloading and cleaning up.
- π§½ Make sure all materials are clean, undamaged and put back in the right place.
- π Make sure that all timesheets are completed correctly and sign them off with your signature.
- π Run a control round through the warehouse: is everything tidy, clean and complete?
- πͺ Check that the warehouse is neatly exited, the alarm is activated and the door is locked.
π£ End of assignment & reporting
Upon completion of the assignment, you are responsible for final inspection and feedback.
- π± Send a brief summary in the group app: how it went, what went well and what can be improved.
- πΈ Forward the photos and videos taken in the group app.
- π§Ύ Report any damages or irregularities immediately is the dgroup app.
