We have chosen to remove the quote form from our website because we have noticed that there are a lot of customers who request a quote haphazardly without reading up on our website first.

Therefore, we have chosen to be transparent in our communication in terms of prices. All our prices can be found on this website. We do not use difficult formulas or percentages, it is a matter of adding up.

4) You sign our confirmation digitally, we will receive it back automatically. (very simple)

5) You casino reservation/booking is in our calendar.

6) You will receive the total invoice from us, it must be paid no later than 3 weeks before the event.

There are a number of reasons why our rental price is higher that most providers you come across on Google.

Let us first of all say that we are not expensive, the other providers are way too cheap and this is reflected in the quality, service and reliability.

We didn't just make up the above questions, we regularly get last minute calls from customers who are panicking because their current "cheap provider" has suddenly canceled and often for no reason.

Why? You as a customer are in the dark but we know the reason. That "cheap provider" has been able to make a better deal with another customer and cancels you without mercy. Because the "cheaper provider" is so cheap and therefore has very little to show for a job, every euro is worth it and he chooses to get his money's worth if he can get a better job.

We think it is not neat to mention names but have made a page with pictures so you can see the difference for yourself. Nowadays anyone can make a nice site with nice pictures but that is often not the reality.

Our croupiers stand neatly and stylishly behind the casino tables. Besides the fact that our croupiers are very sociable and enthusiastic, they wear the clothes below:

We get this question a lot because customers think that playing for money is more fun and exciting. But nothing could be further from the truth ... it doesn't get any more fun and you get yourself into big trouble.

In doing so, we do not want to take your money and the players' money. We want everyone to have a great and entertaining evening and to go home with a satisfied feeling. We can only guarantee this with our current fun casino concept!

Any other company that indicates they are allowed to play with real money (except Holland Casino) are in violation of the law on gambling and illegal. Both the offering party and you as an organizer risk a hefty fine. Holland Casino is the only company allowed to offer live casino games for money in the Netherlands.

In principle, this is not possible with us.

We say basically because it also depends a bit on the situation and the event. Because we also have clients in the film/photo industry who need casino materials for decoration or short shoots, then of course it is possible.

THEN WHEN IS IT NOT POSSIBLE?
If you are throwing a party of your own and you have friends/acquaintances who would enjoy being a croupier for an evening.... 

First of all, this is not fun at all because your friends/acquaintances do not supervise it as professionally and fun as we do. In addition, there is no control from us that the guests handle the casino tables and materials neatly and carefully. A casino table with all accessories easily costs several thousand euros so you can imagine that we are very careful with this.

EATING:
This in itself is not a problem for us. Provided they are small finger food appetizers. Playing guests with full plates of food in their hands while they are playing is not a good idea. We always ask the playing guests to step back with their plates to take a moment to enjoy the food.

DRINKING:
Sure! A nice drink is part of it, all the more cozy, our casino tables have special drink holders for the glasses. If a glass does not fit in the drink holders, our croupiers request that you hold the glass or put it away for a while to avoid accidents.

SMOKING:
No, sorry!

No, that's not a problem for us.

A little tip to keep in mind is not to place our casino tables close to the dance floor and sound boxes.

It is pleasant for our croupiers and nice for the playing guests to be able to understand each other during game explanations & questions.

We often see on location that a corner/space is kept free where the casino tables will be placed and where guests can participate in the game pleasantly and cozily.

No, you guests do not need to buy chips. We do not play for real money.

HOW DO GUESTS GET CHIPS?
All guests will receive a $1,000,000 bill from our croupiers. We can tell you that getting 1 million dollars makes everyone happy, in short the ice is immediately broken and our croupiers are your guests' greatest friends.

Your guests can exchange the bills for casino chips at the casino tables and with these casino coins your guests can participate in the casino game.

HOW IS THE EVENING GOING?

After redeeming the ticket, your guests can try their luck. Of course, our croupiers give appropriate game explanations so that everyone knows how to play. During the evening guests can switch casino tables to enjoy the different games. As the end of the evening approaches, the announcement will be made that the casino tables are closing and all casino chips must be handed in at the gaming tables, our croupiers will record the scores and the person who has made the most profit is the big winner and receives a prize.

The winner or winners will win a prize.

If you hire us you will receive a free bottle of bubbles for the winner. Of course you are free to arrange more prizes for the winners, because with more prizes there are more winners and the competition element becomes more and more exciting.

Over the years, our casino tables have had different colors and looks. Currently, we have chosen a luxurious and stylish look for all of our gaming tables.

Our set-up time depends on the number of casino tables, decoration and accessibility of the venue.

Setup time +/-:

1 console = 45 min
2 - 4 gaming tables = 1.5 hours
> 5 gaming tables = 2 to 2.5 hours

We like to take our time to avoid arriving late and stressing.

On top of that, we also schedule 30 to 45 min breaks for our croupiers so they can have a quiet meal and then they can change.

You may pay a little more with us if you look purely at the rental price of the casino tables, but we take ample time to arrive on location and to set everything up. As a result, our croupiers never start later than the agreed time.

Everyone who wants game explanations gets a clear and understandable explanation from our croupiers. Even the guests who have never been in the casino and therefore really know nothing at all about the rules are given a clear explanation so that they too can be the winners at the end of the evening.

Our croupiers record players' winnings and that's how we know who the winner is.

Approximately fifteen minutes before the end of the casino night, an announcement is made that the casino tables are about to close. After the croupiers' final signal "No more bets," the final payouts are made and your guests turn in all the chips to the croupiers. The croupiers write down the names and the chips won, after comparing all winnings the winners are left (depending on how many prizes there are). These winners will be rewarded during the award ceremony provided by our croupiers. If desired, you may also arrange the award ceremony yourself.

This is often offered but it is not always necessary or desired.

It is not always necessary because the team of croupiers know exactly what they can do to each other and can help each other with lifting, clearing and loading.

And it is not always desirable because our materials are very fragile and have to be dismantled, cleaned up and loaded in a certain way. No matter how well intended by the person, damage is so made and we would like to avoid that.

Unfortunately, we cannot promise you female croupiers at your party/event. We have a large team of male and female croupiers but they cannot always work. So depending on your desired date and times we will ask for availability of our croupiers and then a team will be put together.

That's not a problem for us. We come basically everywhere. We have already been to Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, France and Spain with our casino service.

After the miserable Corona years, fortunately, we are super busy again, busier than ever!

Most clients book us +/- 1 to 1.5 months in advance to make sure we still have casino tables and croupiers available.

Of course it is also possible to place a reservation last minute, but we may not have everything or nothing at all available anymore.
