Even though our buses are well maintained, of course it can happen that something goes wrong along the way.
Whether it is a flat tire, engine failure or wrong fuel always stay calm and follow the steps below.
This way we make sure that you stay safe, the customer is informed in a timely manner and the problem is solved as soon as possible.

🚦 First action in case of breakdown

• 🛑 Stay calm Panic doesn't help, acting does.
• ⚠️ Put the bus safely on the side of the road, preferably in a parking lot or emergency lane.
• 🚨 Put the hazard lights and place the warning triangle (at least 30 meters behind the bus).
• 🦺 Pull your safety jacket on (mandatory for breakdowns on highways or busy roads).
• 👥 Have passengers exit safely on the right side and wait behind the guardrail.

📞 Call ANWB immediately

Please contact the ANWB Emergency Center immediately.
Indicate that it is Be Our Guest / Royal Casino Company and provide the membership number shown on the ANWB card in the bus or in the PDF below state.

• 🚐 Provide the license plate number of the bus you are currently driving.
• 📍 Provide the exact location (use Google Maps or the ANWB sign number along the highway).

📍 Help on the way

The ANWB usually comes in 30 to 90 minutes on site.
In the meantime, it's important to stay accessible and wait in a safe place.

• 🧍 Stay with the bus, but at a safe distance from traffic.
• 📱 Keep your phone handy the ANWB calls when they are about to arrive.
• 🔧 Do not just leave the bus behind; the driver always remains present until ANWB arrives.

🚚 Also call Tim (on outward journey only)

When you are on the way to an assignment and bad luck, call Tim directly After you call the ANWB.
He assesses whether there is a replacement bus can be sent so that the materials still reach the customer on time.

Are you on the way back to the warehouse and get unlucky?
Then you do not need to call Tim or Talitha wait quietly for the ANWB and then return safely once the bus is repaired or towing service is arranged.

💡 Tips while waiting

• 🧃 Stay near the bus, but wait at a safe distance from the road.
• 🚫 Do not smoke near the bus this can be dangerous with fuel leaks.
• 🪵 Do not use jumper cables or tools from strangers.
• 📷 If necessary, take a picture of the situation for records or insurance purposes.

💰 Cost & responsibility

• 🧾 All standard roadside assistance in the Netherlands is included in our ANWB package.
• 💳 Have you made a mistake yourself (such as wrong fuel filled or damage due to careless handling)?
  Then the cost of the ANWB and fuel at its own expense.
• 🔧 Any replacement bus or additional transportation will be arranged through Tim, if the situation requires.
