The LG:

Coordinates the team and distributes tasks.

Controls materials, vehicles and schedule.

Upon completion, briefly report in the group app how the assignment went.

Afterwards, you give a brief, honest feedback:

As LG, you will be in the shed at least 15 minutes earlier than the rest of the team.
That way you have time to:

Review the callsheet and understand the schedule.

To control what materials and vehicles are needed.

Preparing the bus(es) and making sure everything is ready.

Distribute tasks as soon as croupiers arrive.

Make sure you give everyone a clear task and keep an overview.
As LG, you will be responsible for the proper distribution of work and ensuring that all materials are included.

During the event

On site, you are the point of contact for both the client and the team.
You check that the set-up goes according to plan, that the tables are set up properly and that everyone is acting presentable and professional.
You guard the atmosphere, motivate your colleagues and make sure that small problems do not grow into big ones.

Communicate kindly and clearly with the customer. You represent the Royal Casino Company brand - the customer should see that we are professional, reliable and pleasant to work with.

Upon completion of the assignment

When the event is over, your job does not end.
You are responsible for completion and control.

Always check the following points carefully:

All materials were loaded back into the van complete and undamaged.

The buses are empty, neat and clean upon return.

The shed was cleaned up, swept and put into alarm.

There are no outstanding damages or missing parts.

The feedback was shared in the group app.
