𧱠Demolition of the casino
After a successful evening, the guests bid farewell and for our team, the phase-out.
This is a crucial part of the job: this is where we demonstrate our professionalism, diligence and sense of responsibility.
A well-constructed evening always ends with a neat, organized and damage-free dismantling.
π Brief preparation
- π§ Once the guests leave and the tables are officially closed, all the croupiers change clothes out of their neat casino attire. (See callsheet when it is allowed to build down)
- π― After that, the structured reduction of all materials according to the instructions on the callsheet and the checklist with tick boxes (βEnd of assignment - loaded into busβ).
- π¬ The supervisor (LG) determines who does what and divides tasks clearly: who picks the tables, who picks the lamps, who picks the materials boxes, and so on.

- π§Ό Make sure everything is stable, firm and secure state in the van. Use tie-down straps where necessary to prevent damage along the way.
- π« Do not stack loose parts or materials without protection (always use transport blankets).
- π¦ Check that lights, reels and extension cords are also included again these are often forgotten.
π Checking before departure
- π The LG or designated terminal officer shall make a final tour by the location and checks:
- Is everything loaded according to the checklist?
- Are all areas, corners and the locker room empty?
- Have tables, chairs and decorations from the client been put back in place?
- Is the location left clean and tidy?
- π Only after the complete check is done, the bus may be closed and the team can leave.
π« Important points of interest
- π§ Stay focused until the very last minute this is when most mistakes are made.
- π¬ Work together and speak to each other when something is not done neatly or safely.
- πͺΆ Lift responsibly: use your knees, ask for help with heavy parts and avoid injury or damage.
