Therefore, it is important that everything in proper order, well protected and securely fastened is loaded. This way we prevent damage, sliding or accidents along the way.

1️⃣ Preparation

• 🧹 Make sure the bus is clean and empty before you start loading.
• 📦 Make sure you have all the blankets, foams and straps at hand.
• 🧠 Think ahead: heavy items and tables go first, light materials come later on top or in between. (Always use transport blankets)
• 🎯 Work quietly and in consultation with your colleagues. The supervisor (LG) indicates who is loading what.

2️⃣ Loading tables

Always start by placing the gaming tables these form the basis of the loading.

• 🔗 Make two lashing straps fixed to the left side of the bus, where the tables will be placed.
• 🧽 Leg two foam mats over the straps to protect the table surfaces.
• 🪑 Set the first table with the bottom against the side of the bus.
• 🎲 Place the second table with the leaf against the other leaf Never play field against rear!
• 🧴 Put two or three blankets over the tables so that everything is well protected.
• 🔒 Confirm the lashing straps solid and place foam between the iron and the table top.
• ✅ Always check that the tables are properly fixed before proceeding.

3️⃣ Box truck loading (with carts)

• 🪑 Set the tables in the middle of the cart and cover them well with 2-3 blankets.
• 🔗 Secure the tables on the cart with a lashing strap and put a foam between tire and leaf.
• ⚙️ Leg two lashing straps ready on the side of the bucket truck (ratchet on top, strap on floor).
• 🚛 Carefully drive the cart into the bucket truck and secure it with the lashing straps.
• ✅ If necessary, use stretch foil To provide additional fixation to the cart.

4️⃣ Pedestals & long parts

• 🧱 Set maximum four bases attached to the right side of the bus.
• 🔗 Use lashing straps and place foam pads between metal and strap.
• 🪜 Intermediate beams can lie on top as long as they lie firmly and do not slide.
• 🪵 Long roulette bars? Secure them with two lashing straps on the right side and check that they don't move.

5️⃣ Decoration & Accessories

• 🏆 Put gold posts tightly against the cab of the bus and put a blanket over it.
• 💡 Lamps and decoration firmly in the corners, secure with rubber bands.
• 📦 Materials boxes in the middle, stacked up to two high. Make sure they cannot slide.
• 🎰 Slot machines always on the floor or against the side (never on dogs), secured with a lashing strap.

• 🔒 Pull the straps to test if everything is secure.

• ❌ Tables top to bottom set - always top to top or bottom to bottom.
• ❌ No foaming between tires - this causes scratches.
• ❌ Loose items not secured - risk of damage while driving.
• ❌ Boxes stacked too high - may fall over when braking.
