Unloading the bus correctly is just as important as loading it. At Royal Casino Company we work with precious materials from casino tables to decoration and lighting.
Therefore, unloading structured, careful and in the right order happen. The same rules apply both when arriving on site and when returning to our warehouse: care, calm and oversight.

🎯 Purpose of unloading

• ⚙️ To prevent damage to tables, bases and decorations.
• 📦 To keep an overview when unloading, building and cleaning up.
• 🏗️ To ensure that the team can work safely, quickly and efficiently.
• 💪 To remain professional the customer sees you at work.

🚩 1️⃣ Unloading on site (upon arrival)

Upon arrival on site: calm, efficient and teamwork.
The supervisor (LG) determines the order of unloading and who does what.
Everyone stays focused until everything is in.

• 📋 Check the space first Where you will build determine with the LG where the tables and materials should go.
• 🪶 Work quietly: one person handles items on the bus, the other handles them on the floor or inside.
• 🧱 Start with the big items (tables, bases, decoration), only then smaller materials boxes.
• 🔄 Use the walking route which is shortest and safest, and don't keep doors open too long.
• 🧍‍♂️ Keep an overview: don't have everyone on the bus at the same time.
• 🧴 Use blankets or foam pads to put parts down without scratching or damaging them.
• 🗣️ Consult constantly with each other “stop,” “wait,” or “help a moment” prevents damage and injury.

📦 Once everything is in, check with the LG that all materials provided are according to the callsheet.
Only then do you start building the casino.

🏁 2️⃣ Unloading in the warehouse (after the event)

After the event, the second part begins: everything again clean, complete and organized return to the warehouse.
This is the last part of your work and determines how well the next shift can start.

🧹 Step 1 - Preparation

• 🚐 Park the bus in the right spot and apply the handbrake firmly.
• 🔦 Turn on the interior lights for good visibility.
• 🧍 Discuss with the LG the layout: where to put what in the shed.

📦 Step 2 - Unloading

• 🪶 Work in a structured way one person picks up from the bus, one person picks up inside.
• 🧱 Start with the heavy items (tables, bases, cylinders, decoration) and finish with lighter items.
• 🧴 Always put down a cloth or foam when placing something temporarily on the ground.
• 🧩 Check each item to make sure it is complete and undamaged before putting it away.
• 🪑 Tables are placed directly in their fixed location in the warehouse, not in the middle of the warehouse.
• 🎲 Materials boxes, chip boxes and lamps are sorted on the appropriate shelf or rack.
• 🧼 Blankets and meringues are neatly folded and stored in their permanent place.

🧽 Step 3 - Cleaning & checking

• 🧴 Check each item for damage, dirt or missing parts.
• 🧮 Check the chips, cards and materials on completeness.
• 🗒️ Any damage or missing items will be reported immediately to Tim or Talitha (with photo in the group app).

🔒 Step 4 - Finalize

• 📋 Check with the LG that the canister is completely empty no material, coat or trash left behind.
• 🚪 Close the canister neatly and leave it clean and empty.
• 🧺 Put used T-cloths in the laundry basket and store other items in their place.
• 🧾 Check that the checklist is completely checked off and materials are in the right place.

• 🧠 Stay focused until the end most damage is done by rushing at the end of the evening.
• 💬 Help each other: the winding down and unloading phase is something you do together.
• 🪶 Always lift responsibly and with two people when lifting heavy parts.
• 🧴 Use blankets or foam pads on anything that can scratch or slide.
• 📦 Never put stuff randomly in the shed everything has a fixed place.
