Making good photos and videos on site is mandatory with each assignment of Royal Casino Company.
These images are essential for our marketing, website, social media and presentations.
They show who we are, how professional we work and the experience we provide to our customers.

Without good content, we can't showcase our assignments, convince new clients, and thus generate new orders.
In other words: good pictures and movies = more work for everyone.

🎯 Why content is so important

Royal Casino Company does not sell a standard product we sell a experience.
You can only convey that experience well with imagery. Potential customers must be able to see how beautiful our tables are, how enthusiastically our croupiers work and how much fun the guests have.

The content you create:

📱 Used for our website, social media and promotional materials.
🎯 Helps to win over new customers.
💎 Showcase our quality and professionalism.
🤝 Indirectly provides more work and continuity for the entire team.

Therefore, making good images is not an optional task, but a fixed responsibility with each assignment.

👥 Who is responsible?

The executive (LG) is ultimately responsible for content creation.
The LG may assign someone from the team to take photos and videos, but remains responsible that this is good and complete happens.

Always consciously schedule time for this.
A good time, for example, is upon arrival, during set-up, just before the start of the event or during a short break.
Take your time and make sure the result is professional no quick or sloppy photos, but images that are Instagram-worthy are.

📲 What kind of images should be taken?

Make of everything at least 3 shots both photos and short videos. (See the content checklist for that)
To do this, use the camera of a good phone (preferably iPhone or similar) and always film vertical.

🏠 The location

📸 Photo/movie of the exterior of the site.
🏷️ Photo/movie of logo or name on facade.
🏛️ Photo/movie of the empty room before construction.
✨ Photo/movie of the space once everything is set up and ready.

🎲 The casino tables

🎯 Close-up of each casino table.
📷 Overview photo of all the tables together.
💎 Detail shots of accessories, chips, lamps and decoration.

🧍‍♂️ The croupiers

😄 Photo of each croupier with a fun or stylish background.
🎰 Photo of each croupier behind his or her casino table.
📸 Group photo of all croupiers together with a nice background or in the room.

🎉 Extras & atmosphere

📸 Playing guests (only with respectful, representative images).
💬 Interaction between guests and croupiers.
🍸 Atmosphere images of the venue, lighting, catering or acts.
🚐 Our casino bus or vehicles with logo on location.

🧠 Important: quality over quantity

Rather take 10 good photos than 30 mediocre ones.
Make sure images vertical Are (for social media).
Provide adequate light, use flash if necessary.
Keep the camera straight and avoid blurry images.
Consider the composition: table, people and atmosphere together in the picture.
Take both overview images and close-ups.
Always be mindful of privacy: do not take photos that show guests unfavorably in the picture.

📸 If a photographer is present

When an official photographer is present, always kindly ask for his or her ticket or contact information.
Please provide this information to the office so we can request the photos.
Please note that this replaces not Your own content obligation.
We have always own photos and videos needed for our archives and social media.
