๐ The warehouse
Our warehouse is located at the Ambachtsweg near no. 51 in Huizen (but across the street).
This is the central point where all our materials, gaming tables, decorations and supplies are stored and prepared for events.
This is where almost every workday begins and ends at Be Our Guest Events.
๐ง What happens in the warehouse?
In the warehouse, all materials are checked, cleaned, sorted and prepared for the next jobs.
This is also where buses are loaded and unloaded for events. Every employee who works in the warehouse plays an important role in keeping our organization tidy and functioning well.
Standard activities include:
- ๐ฒ Preparing and loading gaming tables, decorations and materials for events.
- ๐งฝ Cleaning and tidying up materials, decoration and transportation equipment after returning.
- ๐ฆ Checking materials for damage or missing parts.
- ๐๏ธ Properly placing items back in their fixed location in the warehouse.
A well-organized warehouse is essential to the success of our events.
The better we keep everything in order, the faster and smoother the work goes for everyone.
๐ฅ Responsibility
The office staff is responsible for the warehouse, but everyone who works there or uses items contributes to order and cleanliness.
Think of the warehouse as our shared workspace: together we make sure everything stays complete, clean and tidy.
- Never leave items lying around or unfinished.
- Always check that what you bring is complete and clean.
- Return materials to their proper place immediately after use.
- See damage, dirt or missing parts? Report this immediately to Tim or Talitha.

- ๐ Access - Only employees with permission may enter the warehouse.
- ๐ Caution - Always handle materials with care; many items are precious or handmade.
- ๐งน Cleanliness - Leave your workspace clean, sweep as necessary, and dispose of trash.
- ๐งพ Check - Everything brought or brought back must match what is on the callsheet.
