At Be Our Guest Events, there are two ways your hours can be calculated:
you start at our warehouse, or travel directly from home to the event location.
Which option applies to your service will always be clearly communicated with you in advance.
Do you have a preference of your own? Feel free to let us know and we'll see if it's possible.

🚐 Departure from the warehouse

• Door-to-door payment - 1 hour break: You will be paid from the start time in the warehouse (as indicated on the callsheet) until the time you finish in the warehouse at the end of the job minus one hour break.
• Travel time from your home address to the warehouse falls under commuting and is at your own expense unless otherwise agreed in advance.

🚗 Depart directly from your own location to the customer

• If you travel directly to the venue (by your own car or public transportation), the first 30 minutes outward and 30 minutes back for their own account (commuting).
• All travel time in excess of these 30 minutes will be paid at your normal hourly rate.
• Do you travel in your own car? Then you may claim all miles driven at €0.23 per kilometer.
• Do you travel by public transportation? Then you may claim the expenses incurred upon presentation of a valid receipt or receipt.
