At every event, Royal Casino Company with personalized name cards for all croupiers.
This card belongs to your casino table and helps us maintain clarity, structure and professionalism during event set-up and clean-up.

Each name card is linked to a specific table (Roulette, Blackjack or Poker etc.) and shows that you are responsible for the preparing, checking and cleaning up of that table. This way, everyone knows exactly who has what task, the work remains organized and someone can be called to account for work not done properly or missing materials.

πŸ‘€ What is the purpose of the name card?

  • The name card will be handed out by the supervisor at the start of the event.
  • The card shows your name, information and the casino table for which you are responsible.
  • You are responsible for the preparing, presentingΒ and clean up of the table listed on your card.
  • Is something wrong during construction or missing materials? Report this to the supervisor immediately before the event begins.

🧽 What do you do at the end of the evening?

After the event, perform the steps below to clean up your casino table neatly and completely:

  1. Always check that the chiptray is complete. If you miss a lot of chips, chances are another table has too many, check this out.
    Always leave this control by the supervisor.
  2. Casino table cleaning with a wet (cleaning spray) and then a dry cloth.
    Don't forget the beverage cups and remove any stains.
  3. Materials box neatly organized:
    • Heavy parts at the bottom of the box.
    • Small materials in pockets or compartments in appropriate places (see materials list).
    • Make sure everything is complete before closing the box.
  4. Return name card in the materials box of your casino table.
    So when we check in the shed, we immediately know who was responsible for this table.

  • Never leave your name card lying around or lying in the shed.
  • The name card is part of our quality and control, treat it carefully.
  • If there is damage, missing parts or other details, please report it immediately in the group app of the respective assignment.
  • Failure to perform these steps neatly may have consequences in the Team Checklist and payment of hours worked.
