Construction determines the first impression of our client and guests. We work structured, fast and neat, with an eye for detail.
Follow the steps below so that each build is sleek, stylish and on schedule.

🚐 Before you begin (upon arrival)

• 📄 Check the callsheet (setup, times, contact person, details).
• 🗺️ Walk around the room with the supervisor (LG): entrance, walkways, power points, stage, dance floor, bar, passageways, escape routes.
• 🧭 Determine the logical layout: sightlines, walking space around tables, distance from DJ/band, lighting, aesthetics.
• 🗣️ Tune in briefly with the customer If the proposed site is not ideal. Advise kindly and professionally.

📦 Unloading & positioning

• 🚚 Unloading according to plan: LG distributes tasks (who tables, who lights, who materials boxes, who cables).
• 📍 Position first all tables in place before you open the boxes. That way you keep an overview and work faster.
• 📐 Straight and in line: use lines in floor/wall for tight alignment; tables form one neat “casino area.”.
• 🧯 Safety: keep emergency exits clear, no cables across walkways (or cover with tape/cable bridge).

🛠️ Set up per table (basic)

• 🧩 Roulette: secure undercarriage (H-leg/ intermediate beam), clean rug, polish cylinder, chiptray & materials box complete.
  Control: bullet, dolly, game explanation, sufficient chips.
• 🃏 Blackjack: make bases firmly fixed, rug dust free, chiptray and materials box complete.
  Control: cards (sets), discard, pen/note, game explanation, sufficient chips.
• 🃠 Poker (if applicable): rug clean, dealer position clear, cards and “hand ranking” cards ready.
• Etc. Etc.

💡 Light, power & decor

• 🔌 Current: place extension cables safely, no spaghetti; run cables along walls and tape where necessary, pay attention to details.
• 💡 Lamps: place symmetrically, hoods straight, feet parallel to tables; test all lights (LEDs tightened properly).
• 🎴 Details: business cards, game instructions, notepads & pens per table; all straight and evenly spaced.

🧽 Finishing & polishing round

• 🧴 Polish everything after with spray and microfiber cloth: table edges, lamp bases, shades, decor, any fingerprints.
• 🪑 Chairs (if used): neatly under the table edge, all backs in the same line.
• 🧼 Dirt away: empty boxes, foil, tape remnants immediately discarded “floor clean & tight”.

🔍 Quality check before start

• 📏 Alignment: are all tables straight, in one line and equally spaced?
• 🧮 Material complete: check with the callsheet/final list (chips, bullet, card sets, markers, racks, tape, spare).
• 💡 Light & power: everything on, nothing flashing, cables safe/taped.
• 🎛️ Sound/DJ in neighborhood? Does the location still make sense (volume/throughput)?
• 📸 Content: Create “Instagram-worthy” shots (overview, close-up, detail). See “Creating Content” page.

👔 Presentation of the croupier

• 🎽 Change of clothes: before opening in full dress code (see “Dress code”).
• 🪞 Self-check: vest straight, tie good, shoes clean, hair/nails groomed. Smile on. ✔️

🧠 Thinking logically = working professionally

• 🧭 Think from the guest's point of view: good sightlines, room to stand/walk, no cables in the way, table position correct.
• 🔄 Work in logical order: drop → align → cover → materials → light → polish → photo → change.
• 🤝 Help each other: finished with your table? Walk by colleague for a final check or polish round.

⚠️ Common mistakes (and how to avoid them)

• ❌ Tables skew or “jump” in line → Always remote viewing and repositioning.
• ❌ Route cables across walkways → along walls or fix with tape/cable bridge.
• ❌ Greasy fingerprints on edges/cover → terminal always with spray + cloth.
• ❌ Incomplete materials box → check off with the list; when in doubt, report immediately in the group app.
• ❌ Too tight setup → reposition before unpacking; ask the LG for decision/customer agreement.

🕒 Time & teamwork

• ⏱️ Keep the schedule to (callsheet): set up on time so you can change clothes and brief quietly.
• 👂 Listen to the LG and communicate briefly & clearly. One point of contact = speed & peace of mind.
