At Be Our Guest Events, we want everything to run smoothly and professionally including the parking of our buses and vehicles.
To make this simple and error-free, we use the SME Fuel app for paid parking. Through this app, you can easily and safely start and stop parking actions on location.

📲 Parking via the SME Fuel app

Always follow the steps below carefully. The supervisor is responsible for starting and stopping the parking action.

📥 Download the SME Fuel app via the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
📱 Open the app and consent to notifications and location (“share my location” on).
🚫 When prompted “Create new account” → click on “Not now.”.
🔑 At the bottom, click on “My SME” and then on “Login”.
Enter the following login information:
📧 E-mail address: info@BeOurGuestEvents.nl
🔐 Password: Park2800!
📍 In the menu bar at the bottom, click on “Map”.
Find and select the correct parking zone Where you stand.
🚗 Make sure the correct license plate is selected (change it by tapping the license plate).
⏱️ Suggest a end time in for parking (you can adjust it later if necessary).
✅ Press “Start Action” to start parking.
🏁 Are you finished before the set end time? Then manually turn off the parking action to avoid additional charges.

💡 Important points of interest

👨‍💼 The executive is always responsible for starting and stopping the parking app.
💸 Unnecessary parking costs incurred due to stopping late will be deducted from the salary.
🚫 Parking fines are always at its own expense.
🕒 When parking, check if there is a maximum parking time in the zone extend on time if necessary.
📍 Only use the app for business use in connection with our administration and billing. For fraud, immediate immediate dismissal applies.

📞 Having trouble parking?

Is the app not working or logging in not working?
Then contact Tim or Taltiha directly via the group app, get no response? Then advance the parking fee and declare it on your timesheet, this is only possible if you also have a receipt.
Never just put the bus anywhere without a valid parking ticket this will result in fines that will be charged to the team.
