Everything you need to know about your Break
Breaks are an essential part of your workday. Taking a breather allows you to stand at the casino tables with fresh energy, focus and enthusiasm. It is important to us that everyone works in a healthy, professional and responsible manner.
Break times are always listed in the time schedule on the callsheet. That way you know exactly when you have a break and how long it takes. In most cases, a standard one-hour break is included. Is more than one hour of break time scheduled? Then all additional break time above that hour will be paid by us. disbursed.
🔹 Preparation before work time: your own 10 minutes
We ask everyone to 10 minutes before the start time be present in the warehouse. These are your own minutes and are not part of work time. During this time you can:
- go to the bathroom
- smoking
- have a sandwich
- using your phone
- make your final preparations
- Review the callsheet and check what is expected of you
This moment is meant to be ready at the time work time begins.
🔹 When your working hours begin
From the time work time starts as scheduled, you will be paid - and we expect you to 100% at work.
Meaning:
- no more smoking
- no phone
- do not eat while loading
- full focus on work
Are you getting paid? Then you work. This is professional and allows you to work efficiently as a team.
🔹 Travel time on the bus: paid and useful
Often you alternate with colleagues who is driving. Aren't you the driver? Then on the bus you have a kind of extra break time - but only paid.
We expect you to use this time usefully:
- study the callsheet
- see what your role will be later
- prepare for the assignment
- use the portal if you are new or have not worked for a long time
- ask questions if something is still unclear

🔹 Break on location: here's how it works
The call sheet will tell you exactly when you have break time. Actually use this time as break:
- food and drink
- change clothes
- relax for a while
- smoking
- using your phone
After the break, work begins again and we expect a professional attitude and complete focus.
⏳ If you guys are pressed for time
Construction or preparation may take longer. Notice: this is usually because work has not been carried on at a good pace.
When you run out of time as a result, this goes at the expense of your own break. So provide:
- a brisk pace during the build-up
- clear division of tasks
- teamwork
- following the callsheet
This allows you to take advantage of the full scheduled break.
