All about your hourly wage

๐Ÿงพ Compensation & Working Time

You will be paid from the time you start the job until you finish back at the warehouse.
To avoid misunderstandings, the callsheet always states a maximum end time.
These times are realistic and well achievable under normal and efficient working conditions.

With us, you also get paid in full for:

  • โฑ๏ธ Travel time
  • โŒ› Waiting time or bridging

This is unique in the entertainment industry many companies do not pay out for these moments.
However, we believe that your time, effort and presence have value, even when you have to wait a little extra.
After all, you are available to the company and contribute to the success of the evening.

๐Ÿ“‹ Important to know

We work on the basis of trust and reasonableness.
Sometimes an event runs a little late, and sometimes you just finish earlier and have some extra rest time.
Overall, this always straightens itself out nicely.

  • The times on the callsheet are always leading.
  • Did you finish earlier in the warehouse than planned? Then record that actual finish time.
  • During an event, you are not actively engaged every moment, but you are present and therefore just paid.

We trust everyone to handle this professionally and honestly, with a sense of responsibility to both the team and the company.

๐Ÿ’ถ Legal minimum gross hourly wage

The table below shows the 2025 statutory gross minimum wages on which your hourly wage is based:

Age Hourly wage (gross)
21 years and older โ‚ฌ14.40 per hour
20 years โ‚ฌ11.52 per hour
19 years โ‚ฌ8.64 per hour
18 years โ‚ฌ7.20 per hour
17 years โ‚ฌ5.69 per hour

Pay is calculated based on the number of hours worked per assignment.
To ensure that everyone is paid fairly and in full, salary payments are made in the first week of the new month.

Why in the first week?

It frequently happens that you have an assignment on the last day of the month.
Of course, the hours from that assignment belong to the same month and so you want to get paid in that same period.

The process is as follows:

  • 1. Hours from the last day are processed the next day.
Your office colleagues carefully review and process all hours worked.
If there is a weekend in between, it automatically shifts to the next business day.
  • 2. Auditor processing.
Once all hours are fully and correctly processed, we forward them to our accountant.
They set up the payment batch and perform administrative control.
  • 3. Disbursement.
This entire process takes a few days.
Therefore, we clearly communicate that the salary will be paid in the first week of the new month.

Of course, we always strive to make the payout as soon as possible.
Transparency and reliability are paramount to us you can count on your salary being transferred correctly and on time.
