Roster & scheduling information
Roster & Scheduling
With this information, we want to give you clarity on how we work with scheduling employees, assembling teams and creating the roster. This way everyone knows exactly what is expected of them and we avoid miscommunication.
Below you will read step by step how the process works.
1) Request for quotation and availability round
When a serious offer request comes in that has a high chance of passing, we start taking stock of our team's availability. All croupiers receive notification of this via email and/or a notification in the Rentman app.
Your action:
Please provide your availability within 2-3 days. Are you available? Select “Available.” Can't make it? Choose “Not available” - we'd like to know that, too. Not sure yet? Please let us know in the comments so we can make a good estimate for scheduling.
Our colleagues in the office are waiting for your response at this stage to determine whether we will definitely accept the assignment or may have to reject it due to understaffing.
2) Team selection
When enough people are available, the office assembles the team. Team allocation is based on motivation, reliability, responsiveness and experience. New colleagues (junior croupiers) are always paired with an experienced senior during the first period, so that they can learn on the job and be supported where necessary.
3) Team communication via WhatsApp
Once the team is complete, we create a WhatsApp group chat for that specific assignment. This group app will share all communication about the assignment, including location, times, materials and details. You will also be asked to send your read confirmation so that we know you have seen the information and put the date in your calendar. You can also ask your own questions about the assignment or your work in this group app.
All communication about that particular assignment will be exclusively through this group app to maintain oversight and clarity.
4) A deal is a deal
Within Royal Casino Company there is a clear rule: a deal is a deal. That means that we trust - as do our clients - that you are on time, show up well prepared and keep the appointments made.
Important: Failure to show up without coordinating with Tim or Talitha by phone in advance will mean instant dismissal. We work professionally and expect the same responsibility from everyone.
5) Are you still unable to work after you pass on “available”?
That can happen, of course, but it is important to know in time. Click below for the proper procedure in that case:
