๐Ÿงพ Team Checklist - End of assignment


The Team Checklist is a regular part of every assignment within Royal Casino Company.
It is a collective responsibility of the entire team to complete all tasks at the end of an event complete and correct execute.
This list ensures that everything is completed neatly, professionally and safely in the warehouse and on the bus.

๐Ÿค Responsible together

Until recently, the supervisor was responsible for checking off and completing the checklist.
In practice, however, it turned out that many tasks were not completed or half completed, even though they were checked off.
This is not professional and creates risks for the company as well as for the following teams that have to work with the equipment.

As of now, the checklist is a team responsibility.
This means that everyone - including croupiers without a management position - actively participates in the correct performance of duties.
Each team member is responsible for the end result.
Does anyone see that something hasn't been done yet? Speak to each other and make sure it's still done before you leave.

๐Ÿ“‹ What does the Team Checklist entail?

The Team Checklist should always are run through and finished before the team leaves the shed.
The main components are:

  • ๐Ÿš Bus: refuel, leave clean, park outside, leave 3 straps and 5 folded blankets in the van.
  • ๐Ÿญ Warehouse: Clean all materials, return them to their proper place and check for damage or missing parts.
  • ๐Ÿงพ Administration: Complete, check and sign off on time sheets. Record breaks correctly.
  • ๐Ÿ“ธ Communication: send all photos of the event in the group app + a brief summary of the event.
  • ๐Ÿ”’ Closing: put clothes, suspenders and bows back, call sheet folder and keys in the bin, lights off, alarm on, warehouse locked and numerical code of key box turned.

The checklist is not just a list of tasks, but part of our professionalism and team discipline.
By doing everything right, we ensure that the next assignment can start again smoothly, safely and organized.

โš ๏ธ Monitoring & Sanctions

As of November 1, 2025, there will be stricter control On running the Team Checklist.
If it turns out that the checklist was not done properly or completely - for example, because tasks were skipped or checked off incorrectly - consequences follow for the entire team.

In that case, there will be 1 hour of pay per person withheld.
This amount will go to the staff savings pot.

๐Ÿ’ฐ The staff savings pot

If everyone takes responsibility and completes the Team Checklist completely and correctly, the piggy bank remains empty and assumes the cost of a company outing and/or drinks.

If mistakes are made, or if what was asked for and clearly indicated on the checklist is not done, then it fills team itself the piggy bank: 1 hour of pay is deducted per person.
In other words, you then help pay for the company drinks and/or outing.

Every year on January 1 the state of the piggy bank is determined.
In case of a positive stand, the company can still (partially) supplement this amount to organize an appropriate outing or get-together.

  • โœ… Work together as one team. Everyone is responsible for the end result.
  • โœ… Double check that everything is done before you leave.
  • โœ… Do not check off until a task is truly complete.
  • โœ… Speak to each other if something is skipped or incorrect.
  • โœ… Report damage, dirt or problems directly to Tim or Talitha.

The Team Checklist is not there to check, but to help.
It is a means of taking responsibility together, working professionally and being able to be proud of what we put down.
Those who take the checklist seriously show that they are part of a strong team.
