The callsheet

The callsheet is one of the most important documents within Royal Casino Company. It is your manual, schedule and checklist for every job. It contains everything you need to know to execute an event properly, efficiently and flawlessly.

By reading and using the callsheet properly, you will avoid mistakes, misunderstandings and unnecessary stress. Every employee - from croupier to manager - is required to follow the callsheet.

What is in a callsheet

A callsheet contains all the information you and your team need:

Customer information: name, contact person and any details.

Time schedule: the exact times of departure, set-up, start of the event, dismantling and return.

Location information: address, route, contact person at location and details such as parking or floor.

Materials list: all casino tables, decorations and accessories to be included.

Bus information: which bus you use, including bus number and driver.

Fuel card information: which fuel card belongs to which bus.

Additional information: for example, dress instructions, crew catering or additional duties.

So the callsheet is your work plan from A to Z. Always read it carefully before leaving so you know exactly what is expected of you and your team.

The callsheet as a checklist

The callsheet contains a checklist in the section “Materials to bring”. Use this list when loading and when cleaning up.

During loading, you check off each item as soon as it is in the van. After the event, when loading the materials on location, again check off everything. Upon returning to the warehouse, check that everything is complete again.

By doing this carefully, you avoid forgetting or losing materials. It may seem like a small effort, but one forgotten item can significantly disrupt or even cost a subsequent job. Those who check off neatly work professionally and avoid problems.

What if something is not right

If you encounter something on location that is not right - for example, a broken item, missing material or damage - report it immediately in the assignment's group app. Always use the event's group app so that everyone (office, supervisor and colleagues) is informed. Write briefly what is wrong and attach a photo if necessary.

At the office, this is reviewed the next day and fixed immediately. By reporting this, you not only help yourself but also your colleagues who have to work with the same material the next day.

Missing chips

At the end of each task, the chips must be counted. You do this together with your team, under the supervision of the supervisor (LG).

If chips are missing, report the number immediately in the group app and replenish the missing chips yourself in the warehouse upon return.

Chip counting is important because we can pass this cost on to the customer and the office can order new chips to keep stocked. Those who count and report neatly avoid misunderstandings and show that they take their work seriously.

Why this is important

The callsheet ensures that everyone knows what to do and that every job runs smoothly. It is the foundation of our organization and provides structure, efficiency, professionalism and accountability.

In short: the callsheet is your playbook, your checklist and your guarantee of a flawless event. Use it carefully, every time.
