How payment works

You will be paid from the time you start the assignment until the end, according to the times listed on the callsheet under “Total Time Schedule (Hours Paid).”.

This means that with us you get paid for:

Travel time

Breaks

Dinner

Waiting time

This is unique in the entertainment industry - most companies do not pay this out.

Important to know

We work on the basis of trust and reasonableness.
Sometimes an assignment runs a little late, sometimes you finish earlier. It's give and take: everything eventually straightens out.

On some assignments you have plenty of time to spare, on others you work a little longer. Therefore, the times on the callsheet are always leading.

During an event, you are not actively working every moment - you are present, but there are also moments of waiting, eating or taking a break. That's part of the job, and you just get paid for that.

Hourly wage

< 20 years of age: €8.50 gross per hour

20-22 years: €10.50 gross per hour

23-29 years: €12.00 gross per hour

30+ years: €14.00 gross per hour

Travel reimbursement

Travel expenses to the warehouse or office are at your own expense.

Are you traveling to the venue by your own or public transportation?
The first 15 minutes there and back are at your own expense, after that you will be charged your normal hourly rate.

Do you use your own transportation to the assignment site?
Then you will receive €0.19 per kilometer allowance.
