Time Management
Good planning and efficient work are an important part of your job at Royal Casino Company.
Every minute counts - not because we are in a hurry, but because professionalism and structure make the difference between an ordinary job and perfect execution.
We want every job to go smoothly, tightly and on time. That means working well together, thinking ahead and knowing what's expected of you - from start to finish.
The nine phases of an assignment
Each casino assignment consists of the same components. Together, they make up the journey from A to Z:
Bus loading
Outbound
Getting acquainted and viewing location
Building
The event itself
Award ceremony
Descending
Return trip
Unloading bus
The complete schedule is calculated in advance and is listed on the callsheet.
This schedule is not just a guideline - it is part of the budget that determines whether a job is profitable.
Therefore, it is essential that the team adhere to the designated times.
Why time management is important
A budget is prepared in the office for each assignment, including personnel costs, travel expenses, discounts and other expenses.
When a team is structurally working longer than planned, costs rise - and that directly affects the company's profitability.
Therefore, we expect everyone to work efficiently, divide tasks intelligently and work together to ensure that everything is done within the allotted time.
Payment and working hours
You will always be paid for the hours listed on the callsheet under “Total Time Schedule (Hours Paid).”.
This includes travel time, set-up, waiting time and break time.
Sometimes you finish earlier - sometimes an assignment takes a little longer.
That's part of the job, and it usually straightens itself out.
We therefore require a professional attitude: work quickly, but carefully.
Don't get stuck, work in a structured way and communicate well with the supervisor.
Time in your own hands
After the event, clients may offer drinks or some socializing.
You may enjoy that, of course, but it's outside of work hours.
We expect everyone to know when work is finished and to sign out neatly afterwards.
Additional work time when extended
If the customer would like to play longer and also pays extra for this, you will of course also be paid for that extra time.
No unnecessary excuses
We count on everyone to be professional with time.
Certain delays are part of the job and are not a valid reason for writing more hours.
The following excuses will not be accepted:
Traffic jam on the way back
Completion took longer than planned
Bridge was open
Chips refill
Bus does not go any faster
Bus refueling
We expect honesty, discipline and insight from every team member.
Those who plan and execute their work well will finish on time - and leave a professional impression on the client as well as the team.
Summary
Time management is teamwork.
Work in a structured way, keep up the pace, communicate well with each other and respect the schedule.
Together, we ensure that every job is done efficiently, professionally and with pleasure.
