A groomed and presentable appearance is one of the most important parts of your role as a croupier.
The first impression with the customer determines how the event starts - and you only get it once. So get it right the first time.

When you arrive on location, you are often the first person to meet the customer. At that moment, you and your colleagues represent Royal Casino Company. The customer should immediately see that we are professional, neat and reliable.

You don't have to come in your neat casino outfit during the build-up, but you do have to appear groomed and presentable.

Personal care

Always note the following points:

Smelling fresh: use deodorant and possibly a cologne.

Clean teeth and fresh breath: brush your teeth and take a mint if necessary.

Tidy hairstyle: use wax or gel and don't come with unkempt hair.

Beard: neatly trimmed and groomed.

Nails: short and clean. Wash your hands after building up.

Skin: take care of your face; don't come with unkempt or oily skin.

A fresh, well-groomed appearance shows that you take pride in your work and respect both the client and your colleagues.

Clothing

During set-up, you may be casually dressed as long as it is clean, neat and presentable.
The official dress code applies during the event, but even outside the event, the following items of clothing are not permitted:

Discarded or dirty shoes

Pants with holes or tears

Slippers or sandals

Shorts

Workout or sweatpants

Make sure your clothes are clean, ironed and neat. A professional appearance is part of the experience we provide to our customers.
