On-call contract

Want a flexible side job? That's possible with us.

You start at the minimum wage appropriate for your age. Do you show that you are motivated, work hard and follow our company guidelines? Then we will gladly reward that with a higher salary. Your commitment and growth determine your opportunities with us!

Self-employed?

Would you like to work with us on a self-employed basis? That is certainly possible!

The starting rate is €20 per hour (excluding VAT). This rate can increase when you show that you work independently, motivated and with an eye for perfection. We appreciate commitment and professionalism, and are happy to reward this!

What does your workday look like?

You decide when you work!

As an on-call employee, you will be notified via our handy app as soon as an event comes in. Can you? Top!
No time? No problem! You are in control of your own schedule.

Teamwork & preparation

Are you scheduled? Then you will receive all the details about the event. On the day itself you and your colleagues will gather in our warehouse for a short briefing. Together you will pack all casino materials and load them into our buses. Where are we going?
It varies! From luxury hotels and castles to exclusive event venues - no day is the same!

The show can begin!

Once on location, we lay out everything: casino tables, decorations and, of course, that chic casino look.
A quick crew dinner and then ... time to shine! In your stylish outfit, you welcome guests and enthusiastically teach them the intricacies of the game. You are the shining center of the casino experience!

Awards ceremony & dismantling

At the end of the evening, the winner will be announced - you and your colleagues will provide a spectacular awards ceremony.
Then it's time to tear everything down, load it up and drive back to the warehouse. Music on, maybe a quick pit stop for a drink, and then we close out the evening together.
