Dress code

If you work for Royal Casino Company it is very important that you wear our corporate clothing. Professionalism and appearance are important to us within the company and we like to radiate that to the outside world as well.

By wearing our corporate clothing, we work on our brand recognition and ensure that our company radiates unity.

We therefore consider it important that you and your colleagues contribute to a representative appearance. If you look neat and tidy it gives (potential) customers a feeling of confidence and recognition.

In doing so, we also believe it is very important that everyone is equal, and by wearing the same clothes, we hope to create a sense of belonging. This then has a positive effect on the working atmosphere, productivity and cooperation.

Besides the fact that we expect you to wear our corporate clothing, it is also convenient for you. After all, you don't have to think about what clothes to wear to work.

What is expected of you?

We expect an active attitude combined with an eager to learn mentality. Because it is all new material you will have to give a little more effort at the beginning to let all the new information sink in and also reproduce it for next time.

Naturally, the first few times you will go with a colleague who is now advanced and knows how everything works and can therefore give you pointers and tips to make the job successful from A to Z.

During an assignment you are expected to act as a real team player. Everything is discussed and you will work as a team to ensure a top performance for the customer.

01

10-minute rule

Always arrive at work at least 10 minutes in advance to avoid being late. Lateness will not be tolerated.

02

Dividing tasks

You are assigned tasks by your supervisor colleague that you must perform. Is something not clear or you can't find something? Just ask and your colleagues will help you.

03

Collecting Materials

The callsheet that is ready for you tells you exactly what to bring to the customer. Everything listed in the callsheet is collected and prepared to be loaded.

04

Bus loading

The bus is loaded neatly and correctly. Blankets are always used to protect the materials and all materials must be secured to prevent damage.

05

Check

The supervisor, together with the colleagues, will double check everything and go through the callsheet again. It goes without saying that nothing should be forgotten when you decide to leave.

06

Outbound

In most cases, the manager is behind the wheel. He/she will quickly check if the tank is full and then the journey begins. For new colleagues, this is a great opportunity to chat and get to know the team better.

07

Arrival location

Upon arrival, the manager will contact the client to discuss the setup and placement of casino tables and decorations. He/she will also consult with the client about the dressing room and crew dinner.

08

Building

The supervisor divides the tasks, then the build-up can begin. Listen carefully to avoid miscommunication and irritation. Work carefully and neatly; there is no need to rush. With a normal pace of work, you will have plenty of time.

09

Change of clothes / Break

Now all of you go to the dressing room to make sure you look perfect for the guests. Be collegial and point out any forgotten points of interest to someone. Make sure your valuables are properly stored to prevent theft. The rest of the time is intermission, so enjoy it!

10

Casino open

Five minutes before the casino opens, you are ready behind your casino table. Just check to make sure your tie is secure. The evening begins! Behave professionally, be customer-friendly and make sure the guests have a great night.

11

Break

Halfway through the evening, usually after about 2 hours of play, it is time for a short break of 5 to 10 minutes. During this time you can get a quick drink and go to the restroom. Smoking is not allowed during this break. This is also the time to switch casino tables with a colleague (and yes, this is mandatory).

12

Casino closes

Fifteen minutes before closing time, the manager arranges for the customer or DJ to announce that the casino will soon close. In addition, everyone is asked to turn in their chips at the gaming tables. This way, all guests are aware of what is about to happen.

13

Chips counting

After the last payout, the croupier counts all the guests' chips. Record the player's first and last name along with the total number of casino chips. Avoid mistakes to avoid disappointment during the payout.

14

Award ceremony

The supervisor organizes the award ceremony. In consultation with the client, he/she arranges the award ceremony. With the list of winners, he/she ensures a nice presentation and congratulates the winners when presenting the prizes.
