We hear you thinking: how exactly does it work? How does a casino night work? How do guests get chips? And how do you determine who the winner is?
On the phone, we often say, "Leave that to us." We are the professionals, with 20 years of experience providing casino nights. Everything will work out just fine.
But we also understand that some of you like to know in advance exactly what is going to happen. Therefore, especially for the planners and control freaks among us, we have set out everything step by step. So you can choose us with peace of mind, knowing that we will organize an amazing and unforgettable casino night at your venue!
Arrival & Construction
At the appointed time, our croupiers will arrive on location. Upon arrival, the head croupier will contact you to announce their presence.
Together we will discuss your requirements for the arrangement of the casino tables and any decorations. Once everything is clear, we begin unloading the buses and setting up the casino floor.
To make sure that everything goes exactly to your satisfaction, we invite you to stop by from time to time during construction. That way we can make any final adjustments easily. Keep in mind that after the full build-up, changes are more difficult to make. This way, we make sure that everything is perfectly in place for a successful casino night.


Break & Crew meal
Our croupiers have already put in several hours: from loading in our warehouse to traveling to your location and building up all the materials. To make sure they will soon be ready to entertain you and your guests with a smile and lots of enthusiasm, they get a break of about an hour after the build-up.
During this break, croupiers have time to change and prepare for their role as hosts behind the casino tables.
Since our croupiers leave home early, it is greatly appreciated if you can provide a crew meal for them. A good meal before starting ensures that they can perform at their best and start the evening with full energy.
The play money
Upon entering, your guests will receive a starting amount of play money: banknotes of as much as $1,000,000. A fantastic entrance that immediately puts a smile on everyone's face - because who doesn't want to be a millionaire?
You can choose to have our croupiers hand out the play money at the entrance. Please note that the casino tables will then be unattended for a while.
Another option is to have the play money handed out by your own staff or by hostesses already at the entrance to welcome guests. This way you kill two birds with one stone!


Casino opens
At the appointed time, our croupiers take their seats behind the gaming tables and open the games. In practice, we often see that even guests with no casino experience are immediately curious and come to the tables.
Our croupiers respond to this immediately and give your guests game explanations, useful tips and tricks. Thus, even the novice players become "professional" casino players that evening, and everyone has an equal chance to get the winner's prize.
During the evening
Our casino tables are always a hit, and truly everyone loves it! From the beginning to the end of the evening, your guests enthusiastically participate in the games.
We operate exactly like a real casino. After guests redeem their play money, they receive casino chips with which they can wager at the various tables. If someone wants to change games, the chips can be exchanged for value chips. This makes it easy to continue playing at another table. This allows your guests to keep rotating throughout the evening and enjoy all the gaming options.
You may be wondering, "How do you make sure everyone gets their turn?" Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that everyone will have a spot immediately, as everyone is free to join.
If you want to be assured of enough playing areas for all guests, we recommend renting additional tables. Our croupiers also keep an eye out and kindly ask long-time players to make room for guests who have not yet played.
That way we make sure everyone has a chance to join the game!


Who will be the winner?
The beauty of our casino concept is that no one can lose anything, because we never play with real money. The one who has the most luck is rewarded with a prize. By default, our offer already includes a free bottle of bubbles for the winner. Of course, you are free to add your own additional prizes to the package, so that there are more winners.
But who will be the winner? About 15 minutes before the end of the casino night, one of the croupiers will announce - or have it announced through the DJ - that the casino is "about to close." This way, all guests know that the end time is approaching and may decide to make one more quick bet or hold on to their winnings for a chance at the prize.
At the close of the casino tables, the croupiers ask guests to cash in their chips. The names and scores are recorded, and the one with the highest score is crowned the big winner of the evening. If there are multiple prizes, a list of multiple winners is compiled.
Award ceremony
Once the winner(s) are known, the croupiers will provide a brief and festive awards ceremony. All guests are thanked for their enthusiasm and participation, after which the names of the winners are called. The winners may come forward to receive their prizes, to loud applause from the audience.
Of course, you can also choose to present the award ceremony yourself or, for example, the director. This can be done together with our croupiers or with our stylish casino ladies at your side - the choice is entirely up to you.

Completion casino
At the end of the evening the guests say goodbye, and the dismantling begins for our croupiers. They first change clothes and then start carefully dismantling and loading all casino equipment into our buses.
Depending on the number of gaming tables and decoration present, this dismantling process takes at least an hour.
Before the croupiers leave, they do a final check to make sure nothing has been left behind. With everything safely packed, they then begin their return journey.

GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
General Rental Terms and Conditions Royal Casino Company
A. The full rental fee must be transferred at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event to our IBAN number NL 93 RABO 0125 8363 84 in the name of Royal Casino Company in Huizen. After your approval of the offer you will receive an official confirmation and invoice stating all agreements made.
B. If the casino tables will not be placed on the ground floor and this has not been notified in advance in writing, it is up to the croupiers to decide whether the casino tables will be lifted up or down because of the weight and dimensions. If the casino tables and materials are lifted up or down, we will charge 12.5% of the total rental price. To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you communicate this in writing prior to your event.
C. Damage to Royal Casino Company's casino tables and materials, which is not caused by Royal Casino Company personnel, will be recovered in full and passed on to the tenant/client.
D. The safety of Royal Casino Company staff shall be guaranteed. If for any reason Royal Casino Company staff deems it irresponsible to continue playing at the casino tables, all casino tables will be closed and dismantled and Royal Casino Company staff will leave the event.
E. The renter/client is expected to take care of order and cleanliness around the casino tables, consider plates and glassware.
F. The invoiced rental price is based on the number of playing hours indicated by the hirer/client. If the desire is to continue playing longer we will charge € 50.00 per hour per casino table extra and after 00:00 there is a night surcharge of € 37.50 per croupier extra. An extension is only possible for all hired casino tables.
G. The tenant/client must provide adequate parking. In order to be able to set up and dismantle as quickly as possible, parking spaces in front of the entrance or loading and unloading area are desired. Royal Casino Company personnel will arrive by large van and/or bucket truck.
H. Parking fees will be charged to tenant/client 1:1 in arrears.
I. Any missing casino chips from Royal Casino Company will be charged to the renter/signer at a unit price of €0.25. Please advise your guests clearly that all chips must be returned after the event.
J. If you cancel more than 3 months prior to the scheduled casino event, the entire rental fee will be returned to the renter/client.
K. Cancellation less than 3 months prior to the scheduled casino event, 25% of the total rental fee must be paid by the renter/client.
L. Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to the scheduled casino event will require 50% of the total rental fee to be paid by the renter/client.
M. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to scheduled casino event, the entire rental fee must be paid by the renter/client.
N. In the event of non-payment by the Tenant/Client, additional costs incurred and any collection costs shall be borne entirely by the Tenant/Client.
O. For locations calculated from Huizen NH, there is an additional charge of 0,65 euro per kilometer driven for both outward and return trips. This is always communicated with you in advance in the quote, we never charge hidden costs afterwards to our customers.
P. When purchasing 4 or more gaming tables, additional costs may be charged due to the use/hire of additional transportation. These costs are always mentioned in advance on your quote, we never charge hidden costs afterwards to our customers.
Q. Non alcoholic beverages will be provided by lessee/client during the casino event.
R. Crew catering is greatly appreciated by our croupiers. The croupiers often leave home early so they do not have time to be able to eat before they have to work behind the casino tables. We hope you will bear this in mind.
S. Unfortunately, annoying traffic situations/files/autopech cannot be avoided "force majeure", Royal Casino Company cannot be held responsible for the consequences of this. Of course we will do our utmost to avoid this by leaving well in time and as agreed to be on time at the location.
